IEED Participates in the Innovation Forum by UNN

On 15 May 2025, we were pleased to attend the Innovation Forum, held in conjunction with the official launch of the Digital Service Lab organized by Unified National Networks (UNN)—an important initiative dedicated to fostering a digitally empowered society and accelerating the development of Brunei’s innovation ecosystem.

As part of the event, we were also proud to support the participation of three of our students and alumni in the Innovation Marketplace, a curated platform that showcases promising prototype solutions from educational institutions, local startups, and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This platform provided a valuable opportunity for young innovators to engage with stakeholders from both the public and private sectors.

Representing Universiti Brunei Darussalam were three innovative ventures: Powerstyx, NextJaga, and Everbetter—each demonstrating creative and impactful solutions in their respective domains. Their involvement reflects UBD's ongoing commitment to nurturing entrepreneurial talent and supporting the translation of ideas into real-world solutions that contribute to national development.
